Send us your academy details on the pre-register form. Choose your tier — Free, Essential (AED 499) or Featured (AED 999). We will confirm your tier and prepare your access ahead of 1 July.
Pre-registered academies get early access from 1 July 2026. We will send you the App Store and Google Play links directly. Open the app and tap "List your academy" to begin.
The first in-app step. Add your academy name, bio, sport, training locations, age groups, gender, training hours, fees and the leagues or competitions you participate in.
Every academy on Clubble is verified to keep parents safe. Upload your UAE trade licence and the Emirates ID of an authorised admin, technical director or owner. Documents are securely stored in Firebase and handled in line with UAE PDPL requirements.
Upload your academy logo, up to 10 photos and 2 videos. Choose media that quickly shows what parents care about most: your facilities, the quality of your sessions, parent reviews and competition success. Add your Instagram and WhatsApp links so parents can reach you directly.
Add your weekly training sessions so parents can see days, timings and venues at a glance. You can add multiple sessions at the same venue and assign sessions to different academy locations. Keep it updated each term so parents always have the correct info.
One of the biggest trust builders for parents. Let families see exactly who is delivering your sessions, their experience, qualifications and coaching style. Got a big-name coach or ex-pro on your team? Put them front and centre and turn your coaching staff into a reason parents choose you.
Check your listing for typos and make sure your bio is complete. Then review and submit. Your account is reviewed within 24 hours (usually within minutes) and your academy goes live on Clubble — officially listed and ready to receive enquiries from parents.
Once approved, your academy goes live in the app for parents to discover. You appear in search, filters, trending and spotlight listings across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. Parents can view your full profile and message you directly from day one.
